Terms of Service
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, www.golftogoevents.com, which is run by A&Z Partners, LLC, doing business as Golf to Go Events, a Utah limited liability company ("Golf to Go Events", "we", "us").
Booking an event is governed by our Event Services Agreement, which every client signs before a date is held. The booking terms below are a plain summary of that agreement so you know what to expect before you book. If anything here differs from the agreement you sign, the signed agreement controls.
Using this website
This site is here to tell you about our mobile golf simulator service and to let you ask for a date. Prices, packages, availability and other details can change, and we work to keep them current, but the website is provided as is.
Sending a booking request does not book your date. Your date is held once you have signed the Event Services Agreement and we have received your deposit.
The text, photos, video and logos on this site belong to Golf to Go Events. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. Links to other websites, such as our social profiles, are there for convenience, and we are not responsible for those sites.
Booking and payment
- Deposit. 50% of your total booking is due when you book, and it holds your date.
- Balance. The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before your event. If it is not paid by then, we may cancel the booking and keep the deposit.
- Prices. Current packages are on our Pricing page. Extra hours booked ahead are $150 per hour.
- Overtime on the day. If you would like to keep playing past your booked time, ask the operator on site. Overtime is $225 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments, depends on our availability, and is due before we start packing up.
- Travel fee. A travel fee may apply, depending on how far your event is from our base in Provo. The amount is at our discretion, and you will see it on your invoice before you book. The travel fee is part of your deposit, and we only keep it if we travel to your event. If your event is cancelled before we head out, the travel fee is refunded, whoever cancels and however close to the date.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you cancel
Cancellations need to be sent in writing, by text or email.
- 30 days or more before your event: your deposit is refunded, less a $75 administrative fee.
- 7 to 29 days before your event: the deposit is not refunded, except for the travel fee. Anything you have paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full.
- Fewer than 7 days before your event: the full booking total is owed, except for the travel fee if we have not yet headed out.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- If nobody is there to let us into the setup area within 30 minutes of our scheduled arrival, the booking is treated as a same day cancellation and the full booking total is owed.
If you reschedule
- Ask in writing, by text or email, at least 14 days before your original date. With less notice, a change of date counts as a cancellation.
- Your deposit moves to the new date in full, with no fee.
- You can reschedule up to two times.
- If you reschedule and later cancel, the refund is worked out from your original event date.
- We will do our best to fit your new date, but it depends on availability.
Weather
We do not run the simulator in the rain, or in strong wind or any other conditions our staff judge unsafe. That call is ours to make, for the safety of your guests and the equipment.
- We watch the forecast and make a final call no later than 2 hours before your start time, and we will let you know right away if the weather looks like a problem. An indoor backup with at least 13 feet of ceiling clearance, such as a cultural hall or garage, is the best way to keep your event on.
- If we call it off for weather before we head out, your deposit moves to a new date, or is refunded in full if no new date works for you.
- If we arrive and the weather stops us from setting up at all, a mobilization fee of 20% of your booking total covers our travel and time. The rest of your deposit moves to a new date, or is refunded, less the travel fee, if you would rather not reschedule. The remaining balance is not owed.
- If we have set up and started, and the weather then turns unsafe, we will pause or end play. In that case the full booking total is owed, since the travel, setup and service have been delivered.
- If you choose to cancel over the weather while our staff consider it safe to play, the usual cancellation terms apply.
Space, power and access
It is up to you to make sure the setup area is ready when we arrive:
- Space: at least 13 feet wide, 13 feet tall and 20 feet deep, with 13 feet of clearance under any ceiling, tent, lights or other overhead structure.
- Ground: mostly flat, with no more than a 5% slope, and clear of rocks, debris and sharp objects.
- Power: a working power outlet within reach of the setup area. We do not carry a generator, so a spot with no power will not work. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by the power supply at your venue.
- Access: gates, doors and paths to the setup area at least 3 feet wide, room for our vehicle to unload nearby, and access to the area one hour before your start time. Setup and pack down do not come out of your booked hours, but a late start caused by delayed access cannot be made up at the end.
- Permission: making sure your venue, property owner or HOA allows outside vendors, and arranging any permits or parking. If parking at the venue costs money, please arrange a pass for us or cover the cost.
If we cannot set up because one of these is not met, the 20% mobilization fee applies.
Waivers and guest safety
- Every player signs our participant waiver before using the simulator. Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign for them. Please let your guests know ahead of time; anyone who has not signed cannot play, and that does not change the booking total.
- Players under 12 need a parent or guardian with them while they play.
- Our staff may stop anyone from playing who appears impaired, ignores safety instructions, or uses the equipment recklessly. If anyone threatens or becomes aggressive toward our staff, we may end the event, and the full booking total remains due.
- If alcohol is served, please help make sure guests who have had too much do not play.
Equipment damage
Our equipment stays ours, and our staff run it the whole time. You are responsible for damage to it caused by your guests, your venue, or a setup area that does not meet the requirements above, up to $1,000 per event. Our insurance covers anything above that.
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage that was already there, or damage caused by weather. The $1,000 limit does not apply to damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence.
We photograph the setup area when we arrive and when we finish, and any damage charge is invoiced in writing within 5 to 7 business days and due within 7 business days.
If we have to cancel
If we ever have to cancel because of a major equipment failure, serious illness or something else outside our control, you get every payment back in full, including the deposit. If we need to move your date and the new one does not work for you, the same applies. If our equipment fails during your event and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, we refund the unused share of your booked time.
Photos and video
We may photograph or film our setup and the general atmosphere of an event for our website and social media, and the participant waiver includes permission to use photos and video of players. We will not name you or your guests without permission. If you would rather we did not take photos or video at your event, just tell us.
Our liability
To the extent Utah law allows, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as other vendors' fees. We carry general liability insurance and insurance on our equipment, and proof of insurance is available on request. Your Event Services Agreement sets out these terms in full.
Disputes and governing law
These terms and your booking are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If something goes wrong, please talk to us first; we would much rather fix it together. Any dispute that cannot be settled that way is handled in the courts of Utah County, Utah, as set out in the agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. The terms in force for your event are the ones in the agreement you signed.
