How a multi-game setup keeps a crowd playing
A golf simulator lets one person swing at a time. That is how the technology works, and it is why we never run just one thing. Our minigames, skill games and virtual courses rotate guests through quickly, and a small putting green runs alongside, free with every booking, so guests who are not in the tent still have something to do.
For very large groups, such as community events and large corporate retreats, you can rent two simulators. That doubles the number of people swinging at once, so a big party does not turn into one long line. For another game several guests can play at once, chipping boards are a $100 add-on.

Travel
A travel fee applies for events roughly 30 minutes or more from our home base in Provo. It varies with distance, so rather than guess at a number here, we put the exact amount on your invoice. Nothing turns up at checkout that you have not already seen.
Holding your date
A 50% deposit holds the date, with the balance due 7 days before your event. Both are on the personalized invoice we send once your event details are confirmed.

Space we need
A flat area 13 by 20 feet, with 13 feet of clearance overhead, and a standard outlet. Indoors or outdoors. Access to a power outlet is needed.
Weather
We watch the forecast ahead of your date. The tent is waterproof, but we do not run the simulator in the rain, and if there is no adequate indoor space we shut down. Worth naming a covered backup when you book.
Longer events
An all day booking is 8 hours for $1,400. That is one of the eight on us, against what the hourly rate would come to. Multi-day events are quoted directly, since hours and staffing vary. Tell us what you are planning and we will work it out with you.

What is included in a Golf to Go Events rental?
Everything except the guest list. Your rental includes:
- Delivery, setup and takedown
- A host running the bay for your whole booked window
- A waterproof pop-up tent and screen
- A Garmin R10 launch monitor and Titleist Pro V1 RCT balls
- A plush turf hitting mat and a full range of clubs
- Every minigame and skill game, with full golf courses also available to play
- A small putting green, free with every booking
- A side table by the tent, so guests have somewhere to set down a drink or a phone while they play
Chipping boards are available as a $100 add-on to any booking. We arrive about an hour early to set up and pack up after play ends, at no charge. Setup and takedown never come out of your booked hours.
Are you insured?
Yes. Golf to Go Events carries commercial general liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million in aggregate. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Do you require a deposit to hold a date?
Yes, 50% of your total holds the date. The balance is due 7 days before your event, and the whole thing comes on the personalized invoice we send once your event details are confirmed.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your date is set. Summer weekends, holiday party season and game days in Provo fill up first. For corporate events, a few weeks out is safest.
