Where it fits in your day

What it looks like
The setup is fully enclosed and built to look good, not like a construction site dropped into your reception. It needs about the footprint of a large lawn-game setup, roughly 13 by 20 feet, and fits a courtyard, a barn venue, a backyard, or a hotel lawn, anywhere you’d normally put a lawn game. One simulator covers most receptions. For bigger guest counts, we also run a two-simulator package, so more people can play at once instead of standing in a line in their heels.

One simulator runs $650 for 2 hours, $150 each additional hour. Two simulators run $1,300 for 2 hours, $300 each additional hour. Either way, we’re staffed and running the whole thing, so your day-of coordinator has one less thing to manage.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
The tent is waterproof, but we do not run the simulator in the rain. Name a covered backup when you book, such as a reception center or cultural hall with 13 feet of ceiling clearance, and we watch the forecast with you ahead of the date.
How much space does it need at our venue?
About 13 by 20 feet of flat ground per simulator, plus a standard outlet. It works on grass, pavement, or a barn floor.
Will it look out of place next to our decor?
The enclosure is fully covered and designed to look clean and professional rather than like rental equipment, so it fits most wedding aesthetics without clashing.
