Mobile Golf Simulator Rentals for Trade Shows

Every booth on the floor has a bowl of candy and a screen playing a loop. Attendees have learned to walk past both. The problem a trade show booth actually has is not messaging, it is getting somebody to stop long enough to hear any.
A golf simulator for a trade show event solves the stopping part. People queue for a turn, and a queue at your booth is the most persuasive thing on the floor.
What it does for your booth
It creates a reason to linger. Somebody takes a swing, waits for the number, and now your team has ninety seconds of conversation that did not start with a pitch.
It gives you a hook for lead capture. Run a Longest Drive leaderboard for the day, collect entries, and hand out something at close. People come back to check their standing, which means they come back to your booth.
It is staffed by us, not by your team. Your people stay free to talk to prospects instead of troubleshooting equipment.
Before you book, check your booth specs
This is the one event type where the venue usually decides. We need about 13 by 20 feet of floor and, more importantly, thirteen feet of height clearance. Plenty of expo halls allow that, but many booth packages cap display height lower, so confirm with your show organizer before you reserve us.
We also need a standard outlet, which usually means ordering booth power from the venue in advance.

Pricing
$650 for 2 hours, $150 for each additional hour. Multi day shows and full floor days are quoted directly, since hours vary by event.

Common questions about trade show golf simulator rentals
How much does a golf simulator cost for a trade show booth?
$650 for 2 hours, $150 for each additional hour. Most show days run longer than two hours, so tell us your floor hours and we will quote the full day.
How much booth space does it take?
About 13 by 20 feet of floor, plus thirteen feet of height clearance. Check your show's booth height rules before booking, since many packages limit display height.
Do we need our own staff to run it?
No. We run it start to finish, so your team stays focused on talking to attendees.
Can it be used for lead capture?
Yes. A running leaderboard works well for it. Attendees give you their information to be on the board, then return to see where they landed.
