As a couple who loves to host, we know how to cultivate the perfect party environment. We go above and beyond to consider every detail for our guests, leaving everyone wow’d.

Our company is founded on the same principle.

In our experience, games that mix easy accessibility with friendly competition are the ideal way to satisfy every guest.

Our golf simulator minigames satisfy these two criteria with no extra work for you. We run the games, give instruction and tips along the way, and help get everyone involved.

If you are planning a wedding, corporate party or birthday extravaganza, Golf to Go can help you take your event from mid to memorable, whether you are hosting in Provo, Lehi, Salt Lake City or anywhere in between.

Who you are booking

An owner at every event

Golf to Go Events is Ashley Okeson and Zach Fitzpatrick. We started it at the end of 2025 out of Provo, and we run the events ourselves. We set up the tent, host the bay for your whole window, teach anyone who has never held a club, and pack it all down after the last guest has had a turn.

That is the part we care most about. A simulator on its own is a screen in a tent. What makes it worth booking is somebody standing next to it who knows how to get a quiet room playing, and who has done it for players from age 2 to 80 and up.

How the day goes

What happens after you book

    We arrive

    About an hour before guests, at no extra charge.

  2. 02

    Setup, 45 min

    Tent, mat, screen and clubs, all carried in by us.

  3. 03

    Play

    Your booked hours. We run the bay ourselves and keep the rotation moving.

  4. 04

    We pack up

    Quietly, after play ends. Nothing left behind.

A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 7 days before your event, both on one personalized invoice once your details are confirmed. The rate is published in full on the pricing page, so there is nothing to negotiate up front and nothing to discover later. Two hours is $650, and each hour after that is $150.
