Mobile Golf Simulator Rentals for Community Events

Students crowding a gym around the Golf to Go Events golf simulator at the Provo Rec Center back to school party

We’ve already done this one. Golf to Go partnered with the Provo Rec Center for a college night event, and it’s exactly the kind of thing this page is built around: a portable golf simulator that keeps a big crowd busy for a whole evening.

Built for programs, not just parties

College and rec center nights. A sober-friendly, low-barrier activity that gets students out of the dorm without needing them to already know how to golf.

City and community rec programs. An easy addition to an existing event calendar, whether that’s a summer series, a family night, or a one-off community event.

Neighborhood and HOA gatherings. Block parties and community events get a lot more interesting with a leaderboard involved.

How we set up for a crowd

For events with bigger turnout, we run two simulators side by side, so more people are playing at any given moment instead of standing in one long line. Each setup needs a flat area about the footprint of a food truck, easy to tuck along a quad, rec center parking lot, or community park, plus a standard outlet.

Pricing

One simulator: $650 for 2 hours, $150 each additional hour. Two simulators: $1,300 for 2 hours, $300 each additional hour.

Let’s build this into your next event

Whether it’s a recurring program or a one-time event, we’re happy to talk through what fits your crowd size and schedule.

Common questions about golf simulator rentals for community events

How much does it cost to bring a golf simulator to a college or rec center event?

One simulator: $650 for 2 hours, $150 each additional hour. Two simulators: $1,300 for 2 hours, $300 each additional hour, better for larger turnout.

How many people can the setup handle?

One simulator works for smaller programs. For bigger events, two simulators keep the line moving.

Do participants need golf experience?

No. The format is built to be approachable for first-timers, which is part of why it works well for campus and community programming.

Can this work as a recurring event?

Yes. We're happy to talk through a recurring program, whether that's a monthly rec center night or a seasonal community series.
