Golf Simulator Vendor for Utah Venues

Golf to Go Events brings a staffed, portable golf simulator to weddings, corporate events and parties, and is a preferred vendor at The Oz Wedding & Event Center in Lehi. We set up at any venue in Utah County and Salt Lake County with a flat 13 by 20 foot area, 13 feet of clearance and a standard outlet, and we coordinate the details with your venue directly.

For venue coordinators

Vendor: Golf to Go Events.
Insurance: General liability, $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate. Certificate of insurance available on request.
What it is: A staffed, portable golf simulator in a waterproof pop-up tent (12 x 16 x 10 ft).
Space needed: Flat area 13 ft wide x 20 ft long x 13 ft tall, indoors or outdoors.
Power: One standard outlet. No generator.
Arrival: About 1 hour before guests. Setup takes about 45 minutes.
Takedown: About 45 minutes after play ends. Nothing left behind.
Team on site: Ashley Okeson and/or Zach Fitzpatrick, for the whole event.
Games: Minigames (Wrecking Ball, Shark Splash, Boat Blast, Get in the Hole), skill games (Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive) and full rounds of golf.
Included: Everything guests need. Clubs, balls, the simulator and tent, and our team running the games and caddying for guests.

What does a venue need to provide for a golf simulator?

A flat area 13 feet wide, 20 feet long and 13 feet tall, indoors or outdoors, with a standard outlet within reach and some cell service. We do not carry a generator, so a spot with no power will not work.
