Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information A&Z Partners, LLC, doing business as Golf to Go Events ("we", "us"), collects through www.golftogoevents.com and when you book an event with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we use your information to plan and run your event, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you send a booking request

Your name, email, phone number, preferred date, and anything else you choose to tell us in the form, such as the package, event type, city, guest count and notes.

When you book

The details we need for your Event Services Agreement and invoice: your contact details, company name if there is one, event date, times and location, and an on-site contact. Payments are processed by Wix. We see that a payment was made, but we never see or store your full card number.

When you or your guests play

Every player signs our participant waiver, which records their name and signature, and a parent or guardian's for players under 18. The waiver includes permission to use photos and video taken at the event.

When you contact us

The messages you send us by email, text, phone or social media.

When you visit this website

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages are visited, how visitors arrived (for example from Instagram, a Google search, or a link we shared), and general information such as device type, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. Like every website, our host, Cloudflare, also handles your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To answer your request, plan your event, and send the agreement, invoices, confirmations and other messages about your booking.
• To ask for a review or feedback after your event.
• To see which pages and marketing are working, so we can improve the site.
• To keep records for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and to resolve any dispute.
• Promotional emails only if you opt in. We do not add anyone to marketing email without their permission, and every promotional email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a few services to run the business, and they handle information for us under their own privacy policies:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers booking requests to our inbox.
• Google runs our email (Gmail) and Google Analytics.
• Wix handles our agreements, invoices, payments, gift cards and participant waivers.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Photos and video

We sometimes photograph or film our setup and events for our website and social media. We do not name clients or guests without permission. If you would rather not appear, or would like a photo of you taken down, tell us and we will take care of it.

Cookies and your choices

This site does not set any cookies of its own. The only cookies come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and legal obligations. If you sent a request but did not book, we keep it only as long as it is useful for following up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Just call, text or email us using the details below.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. Players under 18 can join in at events with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable services and take reasonable care to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever think something has gone wrong, please tell us right away.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
