Mobile Golf Simulator Rentals for Corporate Events

Guest mid-swing inside the branded Golf to Go Events golf simulator tent at a corporate team building event

Here’s the pitch in plain terms: $650 gets your team 2 hours with a fully staffed, portable golf simulator, set up wherever your event already is. No venue booking, no equipment for your team to figure out, no icebreaker anyone has to fake enthusiasm for.

What this solves

Trust falls are out. As a golf simulator for a corporate event, we get coworkers actually competing and laughing, without anyone having to perform team spirit. It works for a Friday afternoon office party, a planned offsite, or a client event where you want to stand out from another round at the club.

For bigger teams, we run two simulators side by side, so a 50 or 100 person company party doesn’t turn into one long line for a single machine.

Good for

Office parties and team building. Client appreciation days. Company picnics. Holiday parties, if you want something besides a white elephant gift exchange.

The setup

We need a flat area, about 13 by 20 feet per simulator, easy to tuck into the corner of a parking lot or courtyard, plus a standard outlet. Parking lot, courtyard, office park green space, it all works. We haul in the tent, the launch monitor, the turf, and the putting green, and we run it start to finish.
