One simulator is $650 for 2 hours and $150 for each additional hour. Two simulators, which we recommend for big student events, are $1,300 for 2 hours and $300 for each additional hour. A travel fee is added for Taylorsville.

Is there a travel fee for Taylorsville?

Yes. Taylorsville is in Salt Lake County, outside our free travel zone around Provo, so a travel fee based on the distance applies. The exact amount is on your invoice before you pay anything.

Can you set up for a campus event?

Yes. Campus quads, student centers and gyms all work, as long as there is a flat area about 13 feet wide and 20 feet deep, 13 feet of clearance overhead, and a standard outlet. We have run a college night at the Provo Rec Center and would love to do more.

How many people can play in two hours?

Any size group works. One person plays at a time and everyone rotates through, and one simulator gets about 100 people an hour through a quick game like Closest to the Pin. For big student events, a second simulator keeps the wait shorter.
